My New Life Changing Journey

A few months ago I decided to make a change in my life. I started to focus on my health. I started working out again and eating clean.I started drinking this nutritional shake, Shakeology, it has been game changer in my daily life. I'm more energerized, getting all the daily nutrients I was missing out on before and over all I just feel SO much better. So much better that I became a Beachbody coach because they have changed my life in such a big way and I want to share the amazing opportunities that they offer and change others lives as well. I work out at home daily, on my own time, usually when my kiddos are napping. But I have got in to get best shape I have ever been in in just 3 short months. I'm including some of my progress pics with you guys so you can see that Beachbody really DOES work.
